  Excellent service, staff always very friendly and ready to help. The beds were very comfortable, the balcony and the panorama were excellent. We also booked two excursions (with their partners) at the desk in the lobby, both days were great! I would definitely recommend this hotel. - The room was quiet, bed comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was always cleaned well. The location was very convinent, bus service and walking friendly. The breakfast were good (coffee excellent). The lobby was very nice for having coffee and reading the AM paper. Again it was nice and quiet with wee view of ocean, Diamond head and city. Could leave the sliding door open all night.

  We were celebrating my father's 70 birthday and the whole family was at the Marriott (10 of us). We had 4 rooms between us at the Marriott. The rooms were so big spacious and partial ocean view was amazing. We had missed our flight leaving Hawaii and needed to check back in (we needed 4 rooms) and the staff (Tania) was amazing extremely helpful ... ce que les gens disent » and understanding. She assisted us and managed to give us an upgrade at the rate that we had initially paid for. We were so appreciative for that. T - We only had one problem-we did ask them to havea a look at our fridge as it froze all our contents and it took them a week and a half of our stay to do anything about it. maybe they didn't understand us ,we had to tell them like 4 times until they replaced it. Everything in fridge had to be thrown out.

  Very nice place with good location close to Waikiki .Quiet at that. Good start point to drive everywhere on Oahu. Convenient parking. Fully equipped kitchen in the room. Very friendly personnel.
