The staff was lovely and attentive and the room was clean and attractive.   Personnel courtois. Après une visite à Nappa Valley, nous avons fait une dégustation de vin fromage dans la salle à manger. C'était magnifique, j'en garde de beaux souvenirs. We were booked into one of the King corner rooms on the 22nd floor and the view over the city and the bay was superb. The hotel a bus stop that takes you directly to Fisherman's wharf or in the other direction is the terminus for the cable car.
