The staff was excellent. From the time I called to let them know I would be late to the calls we made for extra things like blankets. They were helpful, friendly and personable. -
The staff could not have been more helpful and the location to disney was great, only a 10 minute walk. Breakfast was also really good.

The location was perfect for Disneyland. We parked when we arrived and
didn't use the car again until we left for home. There are plenty
of food options close and the pool is great as well. The hotel was
clean and the service was great. One of the elevators was down one day
and they had it up and running by the next time we checked. I

The location walking distance from Disneyland and some excellent restaurants in Garden Walk was fantastic especially when combined with the relatively low cost of the room for the quality of the hotel! We loved all the facilities like the pool area, inexpensive breakfast buffet, gym, laundry, business centre were great. The staff were also very friendly and knowledgable.

Brooke at the front desk was wonderful and incredibly helpful. The room was very clean. All of the amenities were newer and up to date. There was nothing I didn't like, the breakfast was over the top with yummy waffles, bacon and scrambled eggs always cooked 2 ways and then there was abundant orange juice, coffee and home cooked oatmeal!!

I liked that it was really close to disneyland and there was a shopping center across the street with great restaurants.
Some rooms had a water filter which was great. Staff was helpful. They had coffee and tea with muffins and fruit for breakfast, don't expect eggs and toast. -

Great hospitality. The staff was very nice, accommodating, and family friendly. We were allowed to check in early, which was extremely helpful as it would have been difficult checking in late at night with tired children. everyone was friendly and the Hotel was clean and our room was great!
When we checked in and got up to our room there was bunk beds and my
girls were so excited that was unexpected but very nice. My family was
very comfortable and had a great stay and would stay there again. Bus

The spacious room, was very clean as well. Room came with complimentary Starbucks coffees and teas. Very clean hallway and elevator. Lobby looks very luxurious. Shuttle service to Disney goes every 30 mins from the hotel, and every 15 and 45 minutes from the Disney, very convenient overall. I will stay again in Sheraton when I'm going to Disneyland.

This is small hotel on a nice quiet street, which I last visited 9 years ago. The new owners have recently taken over and lots of changes have been made, (the bar and restaurant have been updated and new child water play area is a work in progress).

Friendliness of staff - the reception team were great, -
Second time here...the kids used the pool this time and loved it..Never
hear any neighbors at this hotel, not in the hallway, above or next to
us, ever. Love that. Plenty of parking (even though they charge you for
parking and a "parking tax" on top of that) the spots are big
and you are not crammed in. Room was clean and comfortable.

We recently stayed at this hotel with our young children. The room was amazing, so spacious, almost like a small apartment. The kitchen was completely stocked with everything you could possibly need for cooking. The maid service come into the room to clean and make beds every single day. The hotel had all the ammenities that my family needed. I was able to
keep the kids happy and busy the entire vacation. There was something
for everyone to do. From the basketball courts, game room, hot tub,
pool, and tv's in lobby there was something for everybody to enjoy.
The breakfst was awesome they have a huge selection of food and
beverages and the free dinner was a bonus I didn't expect which
saved me some extra money on my trip.

the free breakfast the staff was very nice. Our room slept everyone since I have 4 kids just wish it was I little bigger so my wife and I had our own room. -
The Family Suite worked very well for us. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and the staff was most helpful.
