We were sent to a room initially that had been cleaned but then it looked like someone had come afterwards to shower and dress (used razor in shower, empty perfume bottle, towel and robe used, etc.) The staff was very apologetic, sent us to a better room and sent up a bottle of red wine. We went to celebrate my partners 30th and they help arrange champagne and chocolate Strawberries for our arrival in the room and managed to upgrade us and give us an early check in. Ended up being pretty expensive for one night. We may consider staying again, but more expensive than we expected.

I like that the hotel is situated in a safer and quieter part of the city, yet within easy reach of the attractions in the city.
