We arrived at the hotel about 3 hours before check-in to drop off our
bags but to our surprisement, our room was avaliable and we even got an
upgrade because someone cancelled! The room was small - as any hotel
room is in nyc but I could tell right away it was very clean (hard to
find in nyc). There was no view but for the price (approx.
$200/Night), I did not expect one. Staff was extremely pleasant and
helpful - 5 stars for customer service. This was my boyfriend and my 4th

The security of the hotel. After hours having to use your room key to get past the door security officer then also to make the lift work makes you feel safe. The staff is always happy and friendly and willing to go the extra mile to make your stay memorable for the right reasons. The breakfast was awesome too.

We loved everything about this hotel. There was always a doorman to open
the door, and friendly staff at the desk to welcome us every time we
returned to the hotel. The elevators were fast. The room was very
comfortable, with high-quality furnishings. Loved the Keurig
coffeemaker, and the tv in the bathroom. Enjoyed the free breakfasts,
and there was always a New York Times available to read with our coffee.

Size of room was good compared to NY rooms. Staff were extremely helpful. Very clean and location is excellent whilst quiet at night. The hotel is exactly as it is described and we were not disappointed.

We arrived an hour early and were let into our room which we didn't expect. Staff were very friendly at reception and gave us free spanish tapas vouchers for use at the bar in the hotel. Lovely modern room with a huge really comfortable bed (more comfortable than the bed on the cruise ship that we joined a few days later). Chambre calme, spacieuse, propre et personnel très attentif - The quietness. Like a retreat. Great food. - Staff were courteous and efficient. Checked in early but no rooms were available, they said they would call me when I could go to the room. They did. The room I got I didn't like (close to elevator door and TV not straight in from of bed).
