Located in the heart of French Quarter, 5 minutes walk from Bourbon Street, 10 minutes Jackson Square or Canal Street. Room where i stayed was small, just big enough for a queen bed, bathroom was actually bigger - but very comfortable and perfectly adequate for solo traveller.
I was a little concerned about walking back late at night after reading several reviews - but really nothing to worry about. Would definitely recommend - excellent value for money. -
A nice old building with typical for nola iron balcony (there are tables
and chairs there, so you can sit, have a cup of coffee and admire the
view of the old French Quarters). The rooms are renovated with clean and
modern bathrooms and a very comfortable bed. The people in hotel very
friendly and helpful. The was no safe in the room but there is a safety
deposit box at the front desk and its free! Location is great - just two
blocks from Bourbon Street.

The hotel has a lot of character, the staff is marvelous, and the location is to die for. I would absolutely stay there again if the price is not too high and if I could get the same room with a view on the Mississipi and not too much noise ... ... ce que les gens disent » cellent experience here, the room was clean and beds were comfy. Bathroom was good sized, balcony overlooking Decatur street was a nice touch. Only noise was from people on the street, couldn't hear any other guests. I would definitely go back.

Location could not have been better. Quiet safe street, just a few blocks from everything there is to see in FQ New Orleans. Character of the building made you "feel" like you were in NOLA. My husband and I have been to New Orleans many times and have stayed everywhere throughout the city. This was probably our favorite place for location, budget, cleanliness and privacy. It felt like we had our own apartment and you really get the full Quarter experience being in the heart of the neighborhood. Easy walk to everything!

We had a very spacious one bedroom apartment and it was fabulous! We were able to enjoy coffee and libations in our room if we wanted to. The facility was very clean and decor was very nice. The staff, especially in the valet area, were very helpful. We made it clear up front that we were not interested in the time share options and so were not bothered with any pressure. Walking distance to Bourbon street but far enough away to not hear noise. Close to the French Market. Room was nice, great king sized bed. Courtyard was perfect for my husband to hang out and use his ipad and be able to smoke. We will definitely stay here again! Great location!!
