We have stayed there before and it is our favorite place to stay in New Orleans. Good location and gorgeous. They are committed to providing first class service. - The rooftop was so romantic, you can look out over the city. The hotel had beautiful marble floors in the lobby.

I truly enjoy my stay at the Roosevelt. I loved the turn down service. Everything about our stay was fantastic. I would stay at the Roosevelt again in a heart beat. I wish I could have stayed longer. -

Excellent location, very clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable and rooms were spacious. I also like the green effort and having a starbucks inside of the hotel. Nice place for a business conference. -

I loved everything about this hotel. The staff were "Disney-
friendly" and sincere. The bed was probably the most comfortable I

I really loved the Hotel and where it was located. The breakfast buffet was delicious. My Aunt & I stayed on the 20th floor and had a great view of the Mississippi River. Easy access to the River Walk, Street Cars, Harrah's Casino and, Bourbon Street which we loved... being that this was a leisure trip/ b-day celebration

Excellent front desk staff member Jason really made my stay a good one.
The special touch of a collection of my favourite snacks for my second
stay there value-added to the whole experience. The location was
excellent and safe for getting to and from the french quarters and the
convention centre. The cafe red gravy down the road was a fantastic
place for breakfast each morning!

Very friendly and helpful staff, especially Seth at the front desk and
the bartenders in wow, the restaurant inside the hotel. They were able
to answer all my questions and give me the lay of the land, so to speak.
If it's your first time there, be sure to ask them about local

The valet staff was awesome! Never had an issue waiting on our car or
dropping it off. We were able to check out at in the am but leave our
car til 4pm so we could go walk around. Made things extremely
convenient! Loved getting a warm chocolate chip cookie upon check in.
Hotel was perfect location to all touristy areas...yet was quiet.

great location...short walking distance to French Quarter as well as any other area. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful and would definitely stay again. -

Thw location is perfect. We walked uptown, downtown, to the arena for a eric clapton concert. We parked the car and never had to use it. We walked back from Boubon st at 1:30 in the morning it was safe and an easy walk. What made this place stand out from the other hotels was the staff. They are very friendly and comply to every request of the guest. I have stayed in many hotels and this hotel by far has the best front desk service. I also like all the amenities that are located in the room which include a refrigerator and a microwave. In my opinion those are essential needs of a traveler.
