The staff was so courteous,friendly,helpful with directions, Yhey went out if their way to make us feel comfortable. The Front Desk Amy,Tarik and Tonia great!!! The staff were excellent at this hotel. Very helpful, friendly and professional. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was very clean and functional. The concierge Anita was particularly helpful, attentive and was very personable. Free wifi, water and snacks on arrival and coffee is a nice touch and the breakfast was varied and plentiful.

The staff was absolutely great. Lisa was extremely helpful upon check in and when she heard thw news of our concert being postponed was just as great if not more. We stayed for the Boston Marathon. We wanted a family friendly and nice
hotel with a kitchen within a reasonable walking distance from the
events. This was exactly what we got. The staff were extremely nice, as
are all Bostonians incidentally. The Breakfast buffet was a nice
surprise and well done. The pool, although small, was plenty of fun for
the kids and just as new and clean as the rest of the hotel.

This property is excellent. It consists of all suites which is perfect for couples or families. The building is beautiful itself and has great views from the rooms. The room has a very nice layout with very nice furnishing which consists of a pull out couch and a very comfortable bed. The towels are plush and soft. There is a television in the

It would be very helpful if the staff provided a map of the area, some local restaurants, and places like convenience stores and drugstores near by. Since the place is really designed for long-term stay, these sorts of things are important.

The locality to the city of Boston was nice, it is a walkable city. The staff was fantastic. We were able to park at the hotel at 9am knowing the check-in might need to wait until 4pm so we didn't need to find parking. The A/C in one of our rooms didn't work so we got a break on the parking. -

Friendly staff, lovely big room, breakfast in the room, treats, elevator, huge bed. It seemed a pretty good bargain. Plenty of drawers and hangers. Oh, and the location is absolutely perfect - close to the T, close to the Common, readily accessible (we did not drive).

Boston's best kept secret! We loved this hotel. Our room was large and immaculately decorated with a beautiful view over the harbour from our balcony. The hotel is small only 10 bedrooms and you eat your breakfast in your bedroom unusual but we really liked it! We would really recommend this hotel!

Tranquilité - Everything - the staff was helpful and pleasant. The room was lovely and the location - perfect. We've stayed right in the city before and much preferred the Sonesta's location. Hotel was in great location in Seaport area. Close to convention centre. Hotel was extremely clean, breakfast included which was great. In evening there was often snacks or a small meal available in kitchen. Would definitely stay again. -
