The apartment was just redone. The beds were great. The kitchen had
everything you would need to cook, including a Keurig with coffee and a
full coffee pot. The internet was included as well as cable. Two
bathrooms are very important with traveling to keep the peace. The
balcony made you feel like you were just one of the neighbors. There are

The apartment itself was fairly nice. It is not a hotel though. 2
bathrooms and the subway is a block away.

Was close to fenway park where I was going to a concert. Good
restaraunts in the area. Love Boston anyway. The hotel was brand new

The Hotel was clean and modern. The breakfast buffet was excellent and they continued to replenish the food until closing time. I heard they also do free Dinner Buffets during the week.

Our reception on arrival was warm and friendly. This was our first visit to Boston and as it was early evening we were able to quickly obtain the information we needed regarding where to go to eat.
The room was clean and fresh with all we needed. However only 1 tea bag so for tea drinking Brit's this was a concern!
Location excellent for everything we wanted to do. Close to duck tours, good restaurants and only a short walk to Boston Common

The hotel is in a good location. Staff members are nice, however, I would not say that they were excellent. We actually did not have any particular problem with them, so let's say they are OK. The services of the hotel are pretty good, including the every day newspaper, the information booklet in the room (which was extremely helpful) and the free wifi. Those who usually use the mini bar should be aware that there was no such thing in the room (we do not have any issue with this).

Friendly staff, lovely big room, breakfast in the room, treats, elevator, huge bed. It seemed a pretty good bargain. Plenty of drawers and hangers. Oh, and the location is absolutely perfect - close to the T, close to the Common, readily accessible (we did not drive).

Tranquilité - Everything - the staff was helpful and pleasant. The room was lovely and the location - perfect. We've stayed right in the city before and much preferred the Sonesta's location. Situation pratique sur Harvard Square - The Charles is extremely convenient, provides a very pleasant environment, good services, particularly the use of computers. We stayed for the Boston Marathon. We wanted a family friendly and nice
hotel with a kitchen within a reasonable walking distance from the
events. This was exactly what we got. The staff were extremely nice, as
are all Bostonians incidentally. The Breakfast buffet was a nice
surprise and well done. The pool, although small, was plenty of fun for
the kids and just as new and clean as the rest of the hotel.
