I liked that the rooms were spacious and more like a small apartment. I
liked the made to order omelets and breakfast buffet and the early
evening drinks. Hurricanes are now a favorite. The staff was very
helpful and friendly. If you do not want to go looking for a
restaurant, then there is one in the hotel. You are a $5 taxi ride to

all of the staff were orrrrr-sum. specifically breakfast staff, restaurant, bell-boy (or is that man), house cleaners, and everybody we passed. free breakfast was awesome. rooms very clean and tidy, spacious, and good value. will definitely return again sometime

At arrival the door man and bell staff were very friendly. The rooms are large and beds very comfortable with soft linens. Bathroom has a GREAT separate shower with large tub very nice. We loved our stay at The Loews New Orleans and will definitely return.It was a wonderful time. -

The location is close enough that I never had to drive anywhere, me and my fiance were able to walk everywhere anytime of day and be safe! Some of the best eateries in New Orleans where with in a easy 5 minute walk! The hotel is clean, looks beautiful, clean, and most of the staff was pretty friendly and helpful. Night clerk (Eustice) was one of the most friendly & helpful clerks
that I have ever seen at any hotel. He always called us by name. He
always asked if there was anything else he could do for us & even
offered to refund taxi fare when the cabbie dropped me off at the wrong
Hilton! Great man--don't lose him.

Nice clean hotel within walking distance to convention center, wwii
Museum, buses, streetcar stations. We walked to French Quarter and it
was a nice 10 ~ 15 min walk. Our room had a king bed, sofa and desk
area, kitchen area w/small fridge, microwave, coffee maker and a
sink. It was tastefully decorated, comfortable and spacious. Our room

Hotel is really updated!! Our room was really nice, plenty of room, very comfortable, enjoyed the stay. The one thing i will say i really like was the TV. If you was in bed you can turn the tv towards the bed, if you was on the couch you can turn the tv towards the couch. I love It!!

friendly" and sincere. The bed was probably the most comfortable I

I really loved the Hotel and where it was located. The breakfast buffet was delicious. My Aunt & I stayed on the 20th floor and had a great view of the Mississippi River. Easy access to the River Walk, Street Cars, Harrah's Casino and, Bourbon Street which we loved... being that this was a leisure trip/ b-day celebration

Very friendly and helpful staff, especially Seth at the front desk and
the bartenders in wow, the restaurant inside the hotel. They were able
to answer all my questions and give me the lay of the land, so to speak.
If it's your first time there, be sure to ask them about local
things that interest you, such as places to eat, places to watch

The valet staff was awesome! Never had an issue waiting on our car or
dropping it off. We were able to check out at in the am but leave our
car til 4pm so we could go walk around. Made things extremely
convenient! Loved getting a warm chocolate chip cookie upon check in.
Hotel was perfect location to all touristy areas...yet was quiet.

I loved the fact that they were close to everything. I also liked that
the suites were big. And absolutely loved the outside pool
area/courtyard. Very nice and intimate. Small but great for sipping
wine late night and getting some fresh air. -
