Le personnel était super sympa. La chambre était très propre. L'hôtel est dans la 58th street donc proche du Central Park et de la 5th Avenue. En ce qui concerne le petit déjeuner rien à critiquer. - L'emplacement est génial, le design très agréable, le rapport qualité/prix et surtout très calme.

nyc to see a concert. I was amazed that the concierge desk is open and
available 24-7 - we ended up checking into our room at around 10:45 pm
and the staff was still very happy to greet us. Each staff member
expressed their wonderful personality and kindness in every interaction,
and were 100% accommodating. The decor of common spaces as well as that
of our room was chic yet comfortable; we enjoyed the entire experience.

After arriving by car and experiencing a not too helpful doorman, I was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a suite. I find the Blakely to be centrally located for all activities in Manhattan. The staff is friendly and accomodating. The rooms are spacious enough. I love the area in the room where you have Emeril Kerik coffee and the Kerik coffee maker.

Staff were very helpful, they know the city like the back of there hand. If you want to do anything just as the staff. No bellboy which is brilliant for first time travellers to the states, no awkward moment when your not sure what to tip. Wifi in every room so when travellers that come from far away wake early in the morning because your time clock is all screwed up, you can go on the Internet and check out things to do in New York. The hotel is located in between 5th and 6th avenue on 51st st

Location was excellent... On 51st St. between 5th and 6th Ave. Right across from Radio City Musical Hall, and the Rockefeller Plaza/Center, plus the Subway station was around the corner.
The room was a bit small, but comfortable enough for 3 (2 adults & one kid). The small fridge and microwave were a plus! The lobby is small compare to other big hotels, but it was quiet. The staff was always nice and helpful. I will stay there again!
