We were plesantly surprised with our accomodations based on reviews we
saw. We had an end room so noise wasn't a problem. The staff was
friendly and courteous. The hotel gym was great, though one of the
attendants was a little intrusive and wouldn't let us work out in

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. We had a problem with our
original room and they were more than happy to move us to and offer my

The "room" was an entire apartment consisting of a relatively large living room with kitchenette, a double bedroom, and a bathroom; the kitchenette had a microwave, large fridge, and coffee machine and even provided popcorn, coffee, and tea for free. The long studio room was a very nice size, it was like a very small apartment. We loved the little kitchen area, and the fact that they even provided dishes and small dishwasher. The market was very convenient, and the breakfast buffet was delicious.

The location was a couple of blocks and a five minute walk from the
inner harbor. Our room (901) had plenty of space and was pretty quiet
(except for the usual city truck noises and sirens). Breakfast was good
with plenty of food (waffles, bagels, eggs, sausage, cereal, oj, apple

The staff was absolutely wonderful. Everyone had a smile on their face and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect.
We were upgraded to a suite, everything was very clean and the buffet breakfast was great. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Baltimore Inner Harbor. It is close to everything , lots of great restaurants nearby.

We were visiting Baltimore for our fifth wedding anniversary. When I mentioned it to the lady checking us in she put us in a room with a full harbor view and later they brought a small choc cake to our room. The staff and the hotel were fantastic. I can not sleep without a white noise and they searched high and low to find me a fan that I think came from an employee's office. The breakfast buffet was delicious and all the service was excellent.

The room was clean and comfortable. The exercise room was MUCH better than I expected. Most Hotels only have a small room with a couple of pieces of equipment. We stayed the weekend of the Preakness and many college graduations in the area. We were there for a college graduation at 1st Mariner Center, across the street, so it could not have been more convenient. Staff was friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and the overall condition of the hotel very good. Parking was also convenient, safe and fairly priced.

One of the Manager's, Miss Gina Clay went above and beyond in making sure I had the assistance I needed while at the hotel. Just married the weekend before, my wife and I planned a "staycation" mini-honeymoon, checked in late and were immediately upgraded to a magnificent 1 bedroom suite by Khadija at the front desk. We stayed In a 1 bedroom suite and it was better than expected. The bed
was amazing. We booked a couple of rooms at the same time and they kept
us together. We came to baltimore to celebrate my 40th birthday in fells
point which was not far from the hotel. We plan on definitely returning
for a friends birthday. I highly recommend this hotel. -

There was a mix up with the Hampton Hotels (at the corporate level) in
making the reservation in Baltimore. In the end, they went out of their
way to make it a very pleasant travel experience for the family.... They
definitely made up for the mistake!!. I thank letsbookhotel.com -- for their

I have only recently discovered Hamptone Inn and this is my third stay-Ft Lauderdale, Saratoga, and now Baltimore. love each one. This one was the best. In baltimore for a day/evening at Camden Yards-just walk across the St!!!! Ihave recommended your hotel to 2 people in the last wk.
