The staff at the motel went out of their way to get our room ready.(we showed up early) Close to many tourist attractions .Nice continental breakfast in the morning (enough to get you going ). The room was very clean. -

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Stayed in a room where we could watch our vehicle-which we asked for. Room was very comfortable and big compared to some rooms we have stayed in. Having the fridge was very handy. The pool was wonderful-so fun that it was 9 feet deep-most pools aren't! The hot tub was beautiful and hot like I needed!!! The

Of the 12 I stayed in it ranked 4th for cost, 5th for comfort, 2nd for welcome 2nd for convenience and was best for value.
Overall this was the best hotel I stayed.

I was here for 4 nights, and staff here were very friendly. Family owned
buisiness, very clean and comfort room. Canyons were within 2 hour away.
But especially, awsome price, so I really did not expect much, but it

Walked into room and saw the bed with a patchwork quilt just wanted to take off hiking boots and sink into the warm bed and relax. I did and not disappointed! Great place, clean as can be, older place, but has charm that can not be bought. Everything is within walking distance, restaurants, shopping, etc. As the name implies, this inn is owned by long time residents of Kanab.

After three weeks of lodges and motels, hotels in Utah, Arizona and New Mexico, this place was by far our favorite. Rooms are cozy, comfortable, plush. Decorated with care and attention to detail. Everything! The room was comfortable and clean and the bed was great. Travis and his staff are wonderful hosts. The little things that they do for guests and locals alike made this the most enjoyable hotel stay I've ever experienced. I love visiting out-of-the-way places and especially love southern Utah and the Four Corners area. Kanab is a charming little town. I will definitely be back to stay at Canyons Lodge!

We booked our stay at The Shilo Inn in Kanab. When we arrived it was being completely refurbished. The hotel had been purchased & taken over by the Days Inn located next door. We stayed the Days Inn and it was excellent -

I am a vintage nut, so loved the outside. Once I stepped inside and saw the detail for space matched to design details, reflecting elements of the area and comfort...I loved it. The European-style beds were awesome and so soft. I loved the "green" details with bamboo mats, etc. I forgot Q-tips, but you had them! Nice guy... -

The room was pleasant, comfortable and clean with a neat, retro style. There was even a welcome letter on the bed on our arrival which included the weather forecast - nice touch!
