  We called to confirm the special arrangements to protect husband's asthma needs. letsbookhotel.com did not provide the notes to the lodge. They said this always occurred. The lodge did a fantastic job of taking the requested precautions I gave them directly. Also the front desk staff-ALL OF THEM WERE TOP NOTCH IN KINDNESS, helpfulness, quick, cari... ce que les gens disent » ng and warm. The lodge is so lucky to have those folks as staff. They were the best I've ever met. We came back Mon. Nite and Doug Smith was especiall - The location and the lodge itself are great. They have a great view on the valley and the Columbia river. The room was very nice, comfortable, clean and in general very pleasant. We were given an upgrade since the hotel was not very full and had a really nice view. The hotel is equipped with full amenities and have a great yard for a short wak in the morning and the evening.
