  I enjoyed all they had to offer. Upon arrival (1:30pm) our room was not ready (check in was at 4pm but may be ready at 2pm). The receptionist was very friendly and gave us an envelope with two beach passes, and tickets for two lounge chairs. Around 2pm we received a call that our room was ready. We booked this trip for $122 (wi - The hotel rooms were newly renovated, beautiful and very clean. The staff was extremely accommodating, especially since we thought we had double beds in the two rooms we book, but found that we had 1 queen bed in each room which was not going to accommodate 4 ladies. They scrambled to find us what we asked for and gave us 2 rooms which worked great. It was also nice to start our day with that continental breakfast in the morning.

  The pool was great, with a lovely waterfall, and the kitchen was well equipped. The bed was very comfortable and the facilities were very clean.The staff was so nice, attentive and friendly, that I would probably return again.   Location was close to shops & restaurants; oceanfront balcony was priceless! Complimentary breakfast that was included with reservation was delicious - and very plentiful.   We loved the lay out of the hotel and the fact that everything was easy to get to. The staff was extremely accomodating to whatever we needed. The restaurant Hemmingways was also a great place to eat and offered breakfast and dinner deals. Haley our waitress and Luke our greater at the door were an extra special touch. The Grand Hotel also offered great stuff for kids, even I went to see the Magic Show...we w - Everything was great, our oceanview room was ready early as requested, outdoor pool was sparkling clean and just the right temperature on a mild day. Poolside service was excellent and the very reasonable lunch was just the ticket. Beach across the street was a pleasure to walk along as was the very welcoming center of town at the beach a short stroll from the hotel. Clean room, comfortable bed was perfect at end of day. Definitely will return, thanks Grand!
