The staff was amazing!!! Duke, Melissa, Alonzo, and Juan Valdez the breakfast/coffee area customer service person. These are fine people who understand the art of customer service. Always patient, smiling, accommodating, personable and their number one goal is to ensure a wonderful stay for everyone.

Very nice hotel, clean rooms.
The staff is one of the most helpful and interested of guest comfort I ever seen. We've been asked 5 times a day if we enjoy our stay.
Breakfast is included, good, but don't expect very much.
The value of money it is outstanding for a NY hotel. 4 times cheaper than a similar hotel in Manhattan.
About the placement. We recommend this hotel if you came to visit NY and you have a average limited budget.
It is a 20 min ride with the nr. 2 or 5 express trains to downtow

The staff is very friendly, Nice and helpfull. The place is between two subway lines that take you to the heart of Manhattan in 35min. There is several fastfoods 2 blocks from the Room(close to subway line 4) and also a 24/7 grocery store(close to the subway line D). The neighborhood is ok even when you arive late at night. The whole place has a very wonderfully wholesome spiritual appeal. The
owner is a self-made entrepreneur and has been successful with four
domiciles just like this one. The neighborhood is absolutely beautiful
and a fantastic departure for anyone who has never spent time in the
Bronx. You'll pay half-price here compared to anywhere else you
might stay in the Bronx.
