From the time we pulled up to the entrance and the car doors were opened
for us, we started to feel pampered before we ever entered the Hotel.
After that, it only got better. We felt like we were given special
treatment the whole time. I also want to say that the day we checked
out, the pretty young lady went above and beyond the call of duty. She

It was a great stay. The hotel is located in the heart of Atlanta with easy access to many business and leisure destinations. The comfort and service provided was exclusive. The Gym and Spa amenities were great to start the day! The Club membership was very helpful and food menu included was exclusive.

Heaven on earth in many ways, really. Room very clean, comfortable and
full accomodation what you might expect! Very friendly staff, not pushy
at all and ready to give you info. Free limousine service to distances
wirhin 3 miles, excellent and they also ask to pick you up if neccesary.

Great Breakfast Bar -
This hotel is located in a safe part of town. Check in was a breeze,
took less than 4 minutes, they said since I reserved with Booking all I
did was get room key - awesome! It is also very nice that they offer a
made to order breakfast included with stay, not to mention the reception
in the evening!

The staff at the Grand Hyatt Atlanta were friendly and paitent first and
foremost. We felt as if we were royal guest each time we returned to the
hotel after leaving. Lots of friendly smiling faces, doors opened, and
well wishes. We really like the robes provided during our stay as well.

Location was great. Staff were extremely pleasant and more than helpful with our every request. Would definitely stay there if I returned. Only downside- outdoor pool- my children really wanted to swim . We enjoyed fitness center as well.

Another crummy thunderstorm flight delay at Atlanta airport forced an
overnight stay. So I was grumpy and exhausted when I arrived at Indigo.
Wow! What a spirit lifter! The 12 people ahead of me in line were zoomed
to their rooms and I was checked-in pronto. Then, I was amazed at how

This is the place to stay. The staff is well trained in service and customer care. Kudos to the managers who trained this staff. I mention in particular a housekeeping lady, an older, Afro-American sweet lady who knocked on our door. She was so gracious and courteous. Often they are not. Exceptional hotel!

We had an amazing suite close to 700sq ft, vs same price at Westin for a
300sq ft room with less amenities. Our room was very modern with a
kitchen, fully loaded with dishes and utensils, dining room table,
