  The staff was extremely professional and curtious. This was my first stay at the Ritz-Carlton and I will definately return! Thank you to the entire staff!!! - The hotel was beautiful and the staff was absolutely amazing! We loved everything about our stay. Will definitely stay there again. Highly recommend it!

  The first room we were checked into was a double handicapped room, we requested a King. We were checked into a suite when we complained about our room. Great upgrade, great hotel. - Staff was very nice and helpful. It was a great over all stay and will be coming back in the furture.

  Loved the hotel - from the minute we pulled up and we had help to unload our bags until the minute we left, and once again, we had help loading our bags - service was friendly, professional, and impeccable. Great hotel. John helped us from the moment he greeted us at 2:00 AM at the front doors of the hotel until the moment we left the hotel. Ou... ce que les gens disent » tstanding employee. Everyone we came in contact with was professional and helped us enjoy our stay. We were up early the next morning, and the maid/ - Staff Room Cleanliness The checkin desk was very helpful. Everyone always greeted us with a smile I have never experienced a better hotel staff ever! The shuttle bus even wad very helpful and patient provided tips on places to visit in Atlanta. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone! There were 2 weddings going on and it was not a need to get around the wedding groups. I will be returning.
