My sister and I decided to stay at the Hilton Atlanta for Halloween. We
received an amazing price through letsbookhotel.com and had a fabulous
experience. Checking was fast and easy, the hotel staff truly made us
feel at home. The concierge wanted to make sure we had everything we
needed and gave us a rundown of all the amenities the hotel had to

The friendliness of the staff was top notch. I loved the free wi-fi computers in the lobby. The luxury of the hotel in itself was a vacation from home. The hotel's location was central to all the sightseeing and restaurants where we dined. The rooms were well planned out with comfortable beds, chairs desk. I loved the night lights built in the bedside tables. We were located on the 26th floor so were enjoyed the executives level breakfast bar. The perfect start to our day of sightseeing.

Front Desk (Jamel) was very friendly and accomodated us on a couple of small things we needed. The Bar Tender for the Cocktail Hour had a very nice way about him too. The Breakfast Cook To Order Crew were impressive with their team work, in the way they speedily moved the rather long line for omlettes! We really enjoyed our "Anniversary Stay-Cati

I liked the late check-out, the suite room was very large, and the many ammenities offered, like the pool and exercise room. The rooms are very comfortable, and the free happy hour was awesome.

It was comfortable and located close to the interstate which made it easy to get downtown. -

The staff at the Grand Hyatt Atlanta were friendly and paitent first and
foremost. We felt as if we were royal guest each time we returned to the
hotel after leaving. Lots of friendly smiling faces, doors opened, and
well wishes. We really like the robes provided during our stay as well.
We are scouting hotels in which to marry in the coming year

Location was great. Staff were extremely pleasant and more than helpful with our every request. Would definitely stay there if I returned. Only downside- outdoor pool- my children really wanted to swim . We enjoyed fitness center as well.

Tonisha frnt desk clerk was very very friendly. Referred us to Malone's for lunch & dessert was excellent like she said & she also made sure she told us to show our room key for a 15% discount. Everything was fine wish I has stayed longer!!!! -

It was my first time to Atlant Georgia and when I arrived I knew at once that I had fell in love with the place, that Itaught that I can really consider living.My experience at the hotel was overall satisfied, the staff were friendly, pleasant and helpful at all times, the venue is 5star hotel and the location is perfect. All the staff were great. It was a pleasant experience. The person who
checked me in was great. I wish I could remember her name. I wrote it
down and then lost it. I wish I could present her name. I had a
wonderful time. I wish I could have stayed longer, but the hotel is for
business travelers not so much for vacationers.

Beautiful room, excellent service, food at the Spice Market was delicious (made even better by a complimentary appetizer voucher on check in), able to check in early, Bliss bath products, easy check in/out, comfortable beds.. perfect hotel stay! -

staff very accomodating. Everyone made us feel very welcome, even with a small child. The residence didn't seem to enjoy all the activites. -

Staff could not have been nicer or more accomodating! Also, the courtesy car usage was an outstanding perk to have that enabled convenient transportation to nearby locations, and saved on taxi fares. The hotel felt safe and upscale in all aspects. Will recomment and will return, -

The staff was great. We only had one slight issue and Ariana (I think that is how you spell her name) was great to work with. She made sure we had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. She even suggested some places for us to visit while we were there. -

I really enjoyed my room with balcony. There was a full kitchen, so if someone needs to stay extended period, this will come in handy. I loved the location being right at Atlantic Station. Could walk to everything I wanted to see/do. -
