On arrival, the manager Robert was so welcoming, very pleasant and great service. Jason during the day shift was very friendly and helpful. My family is still talking about the service.
The breakfast was very good and staff were friendly and helpful.
Parked on the street at night, which was helpful since we had a 12 seater van.

We were met at the door by Mateo and had a wonderful experience from there out. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He made our stay 100 times more comfterble. -
Better than average breakfast - fresh waffles and prepared egg dishes were good to have, if not great in quality. 24/7 coffee in the lobby a good touch.

The staff was very friendly and attentive. The beds were extremely comfortable. Loved having a refrigerator and microwave, as well as a large couch. The breakfast is included and is quite decent.

Everything the rooms were exceptionally clean the beds comfortable and the rooms were big. The complimentary breakfast was great with a bit of everything no matter your appetite. The staff could not be nicer. This is our second stay here this year and we will be booking 2 more before the end as we have to be in the area again later this year it is just that nice.

The hotel was huge and very nicely decorated, both in the reception area
and in the rooms. There were actual birds in the lobby, not sure if they
were supposed to be there or squatting, but I thought they were cute.
Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was easy to get a cab and
get to downtown Stamford for dinner and drinks. -

staff was friendly, accommodating as I needed assistance as far as the bathroom was concerned. We had a special young man with us who also has disabilities. These were all met with kindness. -

We like the staff. They were very helpful and friendly. They made us feel at home. The interior is designed to make one feel at home. And we did. Also NYC is a trainride away from old Greenwich. The house has been built in 1890 and is beautiful. -

Upon arriving the staff were very friendly and offered us a choice of floors. The room was spacious with a small kitchen. It was very well appointed with many electrical outlets and Wifi. The location was great for what we needed. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I LOVED the bed. I may need to find out what kind if mattress it is so I can get one. -
