The hotel was not what i expected I loved The modern art on display in the lobby. The design , decor along with the art gave the Lobby a museum type feel.
The bed was super comfortable and beddings were pristine -
Staff very accomodating to our needs. Club room staff friendly and helpful.

The in room dining made a lasting impression on both of us. The servers were personable and the chefs were thoughtful with their presentation. (And the food was great).

Excellent customer service. The nightly wine tasting was fantastic. We stayed with some friends to celebrate my 40th birthday and I was pleasantly surprised with a tray of chocolate covered strawberries and chilled bottle of champagne and birthday card from the hotel! This is the kind of personalization and special touches that promotes return business! Great job!

I liked the atmosphere of the place: the architecture, all the plants and trees, the pools and fountains. I liked the area where breakfast and afternoon drinks were served; it promoted community and fun. I wanted to stay at the hotel and relax. I didn't feel like I had to find something else to do and only sleep there. -

The location in Scottsdale was convenient to great restaurants and hikes. The fitness room offered exercise bicycles and other equipment with television screens,hot tub,and plenty of towels. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We plan to return next year! -

Just good all round with no bad points.Its out in the suburbs a bit but there's good restaurants nearby, if not much else.I had a late evening flight and they let me use the wellness centre facilities until I was ready to go.They also ferried me to a nearby place to save me a taxi fare.Room was comfortable,restaurant was reasonably priced,fitness
