Overall experience was excellent.
Staff was friendly and helpful.
Free breakfast was excellent they even went out of their way to get us some bagels when we had to leave at 4am.

Great location to airport. Convenient complimentary shuttle. You are great with having complimentary access to wifi and internet with a printer - was convenient and stress free to print amendments to my travels. The complimentary Banana and coffee for early departures was also much appreciated- Thankyou for these complimentary services. -

My first stay at this hotel and was very much impressed! Large suite with sitting room and desk area with high level furnishings. Comfortable, clean and aesthetically pleasing. Staff friendly and helpful. Would definitely look for another Doubletree in my travels!! -

The staff was absolutely customer oriented and amazingly friendly. We haven't come across this kind of hospitality in such a long while. I would absolutely recommend and stay again soon.

Lovely breakfast included in the price. Excellent value for money. Close to the airport with free (tip the driver though) shuttle bus. Get the number of the hotel first and phone them from the airport to arrange collection. Lovely garden at the back. -

We liked the breakfast in the morning.We love the warm cookies & coffee in the afternoons.How close we were to the baseball stadium and how the shuttle would drop you off and pick you up after the games.The hotel and our room were always clean and neat.The staff was so helpful to find us restaurants and shopping.We are already thinking and planing another trip for next spring season and wouldn't want to stay anywhere else.See ya next spring....

I had a great experience here on a week long stay for work. The staff is wonderful and very helpful. The shuttle to and from the airport is there within 10 minutes of you calling and as long as they aren't inundated with the airport pick ups, they will drop you off in downtown Tempe. The mini fridge and kitchenette is very convenient for a longer

The staff was wonderful, they were so very helpful especially the shuttle drivers who recommended several restaurants, took us to the downtown area of Tempe and then picked us up almost immediately upon calling the hotel. Fantastic!

All of the front desk staff, shuttle drivers, and housekeeping were as pleasant, professional, and courteous as they could be!
I appreciated the complimentary shuttle to and from the airport.
I also loved the lime and grapefruit trees around the pool: in addition to pleasant shade in the AZ heat, I think they're a selling point for out-of-town

Very helpful staff. Shuttle from the airport was nice. Bed was comfortable and sheets were clean. Fairly quiet being that it was around a lot of freeways and airport. Complimentary breakfast was very good.
