I particularly liked the restaurant, the staff and the menu. On Friday,
Feb 22 my nephew, his wife and two month old baby joined my partner and
I for dinner. We stayed long after closing hours and the staff were
pleasant, accommodating and didn't rush us. It was great. -

We were amazed by the service of the staff and the decor of this property. We chose this hotel because of its proximity to the airport. On my way down I learned that my daughter's bed had not arrived to her room, for college move in, and called to change to two beds. It was easily changed and the desk was very helpful on the phone. Comforting as I wouldn't be arriving until late in the evening. -

The staff was AMAZING!! Stephen and Mohammed in the valet dept were so helpful. We had some car troubles and they were so kind and understanding. These two deserve a raise!! Everything about the Fairmont was impressive. Loved the décor, all staff members were professional, friendly, and eager to help. This was our first stay at your beautiful hotel.
