  The view from our room was incredible! The service was great, staff were friendly; there were some people who truly stood out Gabriella at the front desk and her manager (whos name I do not recall) who personally ran up to our room to move the champagne and chocolates (which they very kindly gave us as an anniversary present) to our new upgraded r... ce que les gens disent » oom, which we loved. We had requested a late check out, as we were in NYC celebrating a milestone birthday. Not only were we granted the late check out, but just minutes after checking into our room, the hotel attache was at our door, delivering scrumption cupcakes with a chocolate "Happy Birthday" plaque. Such a lovely touch, it was very much appreciated and immediately kicked off the weekend in birthday celebration mode.

  Staff we're amazing. We went to celebrate my partners 30th and they help arrange champagne and chocolate Strawberries for our arrival in the room and managed to upgrade us and give us an early check in. The plunge bar was very cool and had some cocktails which were great. Shame it wasn't the weather to use the pool :-( The rooms were immaculate a... ce que les gens disent » nd cleaned and tidyed everyday which a turn down service which was nice after a busy day. When it came to leaving as we wasn't able to get back to ou - Loved the convenience of the drive up and valet, although $50 wa a little expensive. $265 room with 2 lunch salads and 1 small pot of coffee and a bottle of water (room service) and valet put the room charge to $460. Ended up being pretty expensive for one night. We may consider staying again, but more expensive than we expected.
