Super friendly staff - for instance they let us store our luggage for 2 whole days while we were on a side trip. Everything is beautifully organized: free shuttle services to/from the airport and mall of america; buffet breakfast in the morning with tons of choices. The rooms are nice and big and quiet. Wonderful and helpful staff - went out of their way to help, and even go
beyond helping. Wonderful people. Location is great - very near to Mall
of America and literally off the end of the runways at msp airport - and
guess what! Its very quiet - no problem with airplane noise. Being
inside is like wearing noise cancelling headphones. Well stocked lobby
bar. Really nice hot breakfast with wide selection in included. Fairly
new building, clean, everything worked and a hair dryer too.

I was impressed with how lage the room was for the price. It was bigger
than some apartments i've lived in. Having a full featured kitchen
and 3 tv's was nice too. Just a few minutes drive from Mall of
America. Lots of food options within 10 minutes drive and free breakfast
was of decent quality. -

... ce que les gens disent » amp; self and the other for our son and his family).Although there was an initial "mix-up" with our rooms, we were able to take care of it ourselves. Everyone was very accomodating.One of the cleanest hotels we've stayed in.

Staff were great. Shuttle service was awesome as we came in two vehicles
and were able to shuttle all 9 of us to the mall. -
Great personnel behind the desk! Good recommendations for dining out. Very comfortable bed with wonderful pillows!

The rooms and service from staff were excellent. The breakfast was excellent as was the one meal I ordered late at night in the bar. -
I really liked the staff and how friendly, and helpful everyone was to us.

Everything!! The staff was great. We came to town early to go to an expo
at the convention center and stopped at the hotel only to ask for
directions. We were there 3 hours before check in and they checked to
see if they had an available room and checked us in 3 hours early! The

comfy, decor was contemporary (definately not your typical, blah hotel
decor), room had just about anything you could need. I will definately

Big, comfy rooms. Very nice breakfast. Great location. If with a family, the kitchen is a god-send!

I loved how friendly and helpful the staff was. We were always late at breakfast and yet we were never rushed out but rather told there was no rush! The front desk staffed helped us out with taxis and suggestions for dinner. -

Space is in a seriously renovated part of the town (used to be mostly abandoned warehouses 10 years ago) and there are a ton of great places to eat nearby (Bachelor Farmer for the win) -

Loved the comfortable king-sized bed after a long day. Atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. Pool area looked up to date and clean, though i didn't swim. Roomy bathroom. Great location to other venues of interest. And the staff we encountered, along with the waffle and bacon breakfast were wonderful. -
