  The people at this hotel were soo great. We originally booked and paid a deposit at Miami International Travellers Hostel, but when we arrived there they told us they didnt have room for us!!!! they gave us no explanation and just gave us our deposit back and told us to go find somewhere else. They mention Harrison Hotel, so we went there. When we ... ce que les gens disent » arrived the girl at the desk was sooo helpful and friendly and got us a room straight away, she was even apologising for the other hostel even though - I liked that fact that the location was excellent. Great restaurants, shopping and the beach were a few blocks away. I liked the fact that it was quiet at night and we were able to get a good sleep. I liked that there were hardwood floors instead of the carpet. I also enjoyed the direcTV. For it being an Art Deco hotel it was average. The Hotel staff is very friendly and accomodating, they even suggested a really good Cuban restaurant to us which was delicious!!! All in all it was a great girls

There is always a bowl of "help yourself" fruit in the lobby along with USA Today Newspapers. Whether you choose continental breakfast or the upgrade breakfast, both hit the spot. The outdoor pool is nice but the hotel is downtown and a row of hedges separates the pool from the sidewalk.
