Pretty good hotel , with a pretty good staff . The room (king suite) is
pretty good also.
The hotel is very calm and cheap , and the shuttle lead you everywhere , anytime , in a range of 10 kilometers .
Bart and the Oackland airport are very close . And it take less then a hour to reach SFO international airport for a very cheap price .

Room was large, well equipped and clean.
AC unit bit poorly located to use trough the night.
Location of the hotel is good if you want to stay close to airport.
Otherwise neiborhood was bit "scary".
Nearby Wallmart did not feel very secure/comfortable for not "local" looking couple... Hotel provided courtesy shuttle bus to Wallmart and back, so we didn't need to park our expensive rental car in "risk zone" at the parking lot! Very good service!

Staff was awesome. Food was great. The bar was had lots of choices. The room was comify. Close to freeway and restuarants. -

The ideal place to stay if you like a bit of class in your hotels, but don't want to pay the ridiculous prices in San Fran. Right across the street to a shopping plaza. Easy drive into the city. And make sure you get a room with view of the city! -

This hotel was great! We stayed here and drove to Berkely for a football game, Napa Valley for a day, Downtown San Fran and Oakland for a baseball game. Hotel was an easy commute for each activity. The staff was great, room was clean, pool and hot tub were well kept. Great price compared to the downtown hotels, easy drive into the city! -

The gentleman working the grave shift made my stay exceptional.
Starbucks inside the property. Both freeway exits literally around the

This is our 2nd time staying here. The staff are always very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. We were checked in by Daniel and his dog, Snoopy. We were extremely pleased with this hotel. The location was fantastic and the extra touches.....coffee, tea & hot chocolate in the morning, wine, beer and hot cider between 5 and 6 and then cookies later in the evening made the stay even more pleasant. We were able to get a great price through letsbookhotel.com and the room and the staff were great. We would definitely stay again.

A very friendly welcome and accommodating, caring staff, especially Gail Simpson who was outstanding. She was entirely professional & nothing was too much trouble. A real asset to the hotel. Liked the friendly staff and hair dryers not connected to the bathroom
wall. There was renovation going on in The atrium ( it was completely
torn up and draped with plastic to keep the dust out) but we were not
disturbed in our bedroom at all. If we had been sleeping in the hidabed
we may have been disturbed however.

As a local who just wanted to take a staycation, loved having a balcony,
but wished the front desk had informed me I had no water view. I would
have upgraded had I been informed.
We had the buffet breakfast on Sunday morning and had a great conversation with one of the wait staff from Tibet, she made you feel right at home.
I'd definitely return.

Loads of restaurants nearby. Friendly staff. Perfect location for doing business at numerous locations between SFO airport and Palo Alto. -
Staffs are friendly and helpful, we arrived 1/2 hour earlier and was able to check in.

The location near the airport and the complimentary airport shuttle. Efficient service and friendly personnel. All necessary facilities are present. Comfortable and clean; however, rather standard rooms. -

Staff was efficient and quickly got to business both on arrival and departure. The shuttle is excellent and arrives every 15 minutes, which is critical for flights. Very noise proof considering it's location to the runway. -
