  I had to pick up a document from South Embassy Suites at the airport and I was booked into North. I had very little time to do this and the shuttle driver took a detour to South Embassy Suites so I could pick up the document. I was ever so grateful! - The whole experience was great.   Myself and my daughter found this hotel to be very friendly and personable. The staff were very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms are comfortable with very good facilities, a good size, modern and very clean.   Stayed here for our final 2 days in the states, lovely way to finish our holiday. Beautiful hotel & right next door to the 5th largest shopping mall in the US!
