  I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the intercontinental. The staff were amazing and made my stay as comfortable as possible. Luis at the front desk was awesome and helped me arrange my day trips and seeing the sites. I can't compliment him enough for his help! I enjoyed the location in being closely to Beverly Hills and not far from Hollywood and Santa Monic - Together with my 3 friends, we stayed at the Intercontinental at Beverly Hills for 4 nights. Every single staff member we came into contact with were so nice & inviting, we were so sad to leave. Complimentary car service within 1.5 miles.... can it get any better than that?   great location, right next to upmarket shopping mall with grocery store and good restaurants. Room was well appointed, bed was extremely comfortable. The little balcony was nice, through not much of a view. Didn't go to the restaurants / pool, but ordered room service once - prompt service and way more food than I could digest. Beverly Hills adjacent so driving was as easy as driving can be in Los Angeles. The rooms have balconies. We opened the balcony door and listened to the fountain across the street.   Great hotel. Would stay there again. - The staff was attentive, friendly, and efficient. The room was spacious and quiet. We loved the room amenities: internet connectivity, refrigerator, stove, microwave, etc.

  How could we not love our spectacular suite! Although our luxury King room on the 19th floor with views over the Hollywood hills was lovely and we would stay in this room type again, we upgraded to the breathtaking 2100 sq foot "panorama suite" on the 20th floor with a 270 degree panoramic view of the entire city and the beautiful Hollywood Hills.... ce que les gens disent » The staff was absolutely wonderful from check in to check out and all encounters in between. Manager Steven was the crowning jewel amongst the staff - 1. We initially booked the deluxe double room however it was quite cramp and small. The next day we upgraded to a Junior suite which had a king size bed and a sofa bed (queen size probably?) which was very spacious. 2. Located in the heart of Hollywood. Connected to Hollywood/Highland Centre (one of the best spots to view the Hollywood sign) and right next to the Hollywood/Highland Red Line metro station. One metro stop from Universal City and a very short walk to the star walk, TCL theatre etc
