Some of the staff was very helpfull. The place is alright to stay at, if the only time you spend the room, is when sleeping.

Also the customer relations lady from Slovenia was amazing. Rooms are very comfortable and good size. This is also a block away from the 5th Ave. From 5th Ave you can walk for 10 minutes and you'll get to Central Park. St Patrick's Cathedral is also across the street from the hotel.
