  When we arrived we found the Executive Suite we had booked was not available. The girl at the front desk apologized. When we arrived in the room Sarah from Guest services called and offered us free breakfast and parking instead of the executive room and was very nice. I loved the lounge downstairs had really great drinks and food.....whats not to love a great place to with a reasonable rate in Newport Beach....THANKS!!!!.....Stay here you wont be sorry!

  Liked this hotel enough to return to the area just to stay again ! All staff made me feel as if I was the only person staying. The purple free Shuttle bus was a key factor in the success of a stress free stay in an area I did not know. Large room, two Queen beds, beautiful bathroom in tones of brown. Design lounge/dine area with - Parking is not inexpensive at $17/night for self-park, but is indeed very convenient with the garage located immediately adjacent to the front lobby. Contrast this with other Costa Mesa/Irvine hotels where the parking lot is quite a distance away. Ask the very friendly and helpful staff about any discounts or specials available to minimize or reduce parking cost. The room itself was also very comfortable, especially the temperature. We never even looked for the thermostat during our entire stay

  We have family who live in Newport, Corona del Mar, and San Clemente. We visit often. We feel like your hotel is a home away from home. We will always choose your hotel when we visit. I responded with excellent because we feel welcome and comfortable there. Francesca and the breakfast is another plus and we appreciate that perk. The breakfast is awesome! - It was comfortable, staff were efficient and the location suited me. I paerticularly appreciated Francesc's home cooking after long days at a Trade Fair - she was also welcoming and friendly - after being with thousands of people all day it was great (and convenient).

  The room was phenomenal, the restaurant and wait staff were tremendous...Dancing and bar were great afterwards. We only left hotel in am to walk to Fashion Island. - I really enjoyed the view from our room on the 9th. floor. We had an ocean view. I also thought the staff was so friendly! My husband and I felt very welcomed.

  It was the best hotel in our entire honeymoon trip (3 weeks, 2 countries). Especially Alex from the front desk. At first, we got a double room with 2 beds (because of my confusion) but Alex gave to us a super suite just because we were in our honeymoon.   We loved the options in the pools. The out door activities, both shuffle board and chess were great options for anyone looking for something to do - Excellent hotel, confortable room, amazing pools. Newport is a lovely town. We had no problem at all, we enjoyed every minute that we spent here.

  We had a great stay at the Balboa Bay Resort. Very comfortable, clean rooms, friendly staff. My kids loved the beach and the pool. We had a great visit. - We'd like to thanks for "Patrick Hynes" help. He's really nice and gave us useful information, making us a wonderful trip in Balboa. :)

  John at the front desk was the most amazingly helpful and pleasant person that I dealt with during my two week stay in the USA!!! I would recommend the Hilton Anaheim to friends and family just because he was so great to deal with. My room was also lovely, and the general atmosphere of the hotel was bright, efficient, cheerful and welcoming.
