  Staff was superb! Customer service was excellent! We had an experience in the lounge where a man came up to our group of friends table. He was very drunk, unwelcome and we had no idea who he was or what he was doing. The staff and manager immediately addressed the issue and asked him to leave.   This hotel was so unique! The rooms are converted units in a brownstone so you get to feel like you're living in the city while you're there. Our room was great and eclectic--bright wall colors, bay window, hardwood floors, stained glass artwork, etc. Crown Heights is also a great neighborhood.
