Alice, the day clerk, was very friendly and helpful, as well as the night clerks. I felt very comfortable staying at the hotel. I travel solo, and being a woman traveler I felt safe. -

While the facility is obviously old they have modernized an old fashion motel and added an elevator. The room had a king sized bed with respectable bedding. Nothing fancy but good value for a quick stay at the airport. -
I liked the staff very helpful and polite,the rooms were very clean. We stayed two days and we enjoyed our stay.

The staff was excellent. It was extremely clean. I felt very secure in the hotel due to constant supervision by local law enforcement. Anything we asked for, it was taken care of immediately. We thought the staff was helpfull and friendly. Location is easy to find, right off exit 35 on I-85. Motel is older style, very basic, a little rough around the edges. We found it adequate and comfortable. We stayed two nights for under $100.00. Pretty good price for Charlotte area.

Amazing value for the money! Best hot and cold water pressure I have ever experienced, at home or away. Free WiFi works great. Taqueria Rosa Mexicano food truck in parking lot (open 10am to 10pm) is as good as it gets. Would stay here again anytime, and highly recommend! -

The room was clean and inexpensive. We were traveling with our Springer Spaniel and did not have to pay an extra fee. The floors were laminate instead of carpeting which I appreciated in a "pet room". Overall we were very pleased with our experience. -

Friendly, family feel from the staff. Hard working and dedicated to the people that stay here. Fresh, simple breakfast with great choices for business and families alike. Walking distance to downtown and several restaurants,museums, and Time Warner Arena. Extended parking after check out. Overall like staying with a friend in an extra bed room. -

Great location for the trip planned. Wives went to Carowinds and me and my friend went to the USNWC to bike.
Next door to a Waffle House and across street from a BP.
