The location was excellent. The hotel was easy to find and accessible. The hotel offered guests a free shuttle service to and from our transportation sites - airports/cruise port. This was a surprise to learn about and an added savings. They were timely dropping off and picking up. I valued this service and the offer by Radisson! Excellent c

The staff was very accommodating.I requested and received adjoining rooms when the hotel was fully occupied.The indoor pool was a plus for the children.We used it in the evening after a day of touring.All request were filled promptly.The location offered easy access to the highway to get to Charleston.The trip was about fifteen minutes.

It was a great deal for a very clean and spacious room (we had a king
size bed in our room, along with a comfy chair with a foot rest). It was
much cheaper than anything in downtown Charleston and even cheaper when
compared to a lot of other hotels near the airport, as well. But the
lower cost did not equal a lack of service or cleanliness. Also,

had everything we needed, and we especially loved having the fridge to

Kayla Brown - on desk on 6/1/13. We had 2 adults and 2 teenagers in one room with a king bed and pull out couch. This was fine in the beginning but of course one person snored so loud that the rest of the group could not sleep. They did not have another room to accommodate us but Kayla Brown found us another hotel and gave us extra time to check out. She is wonderful and so very helpful.
This is a great place to stay.

I love the amenities. We had complimentary breakfast (hot). This was totally unexpected but very much appreciated. We enjoy the complimentary cocktail hour. The rooms were beautiful as well as very comfortable. Everyone we encountered was very friendly and helpful. -

Staff was super nice! They even called our room shortly after check in to ask if the room was to our satisfaction. Housekeeping was very friendly both days! The room was immaculate. Overall great stay and we would definitely return.

The staff is phenomenal.. from the front desk to the housekeepers. They were responsive to our questions, inquiries and concerns. I will definitely stay here again. They made us feel cared for. The pet policy was the main reason we choose to stay, but after staying we will definitely be staying again. The amenities for a couple to enjoy was a wonderful benefit. The property was very clean, felt safe, and the staff was very helpful. -
