This is truly a 5 star Hotel! The staff was great, most of the staff
spoke English and all were very helpful and friendly. The concierge was
great! I had left home without my suit and the concierge was able to
track down a rental and he even took me shopping for shirt and tie. He
also gave me directions to many places to visit while in the city. I

It is a great, new hotel in the center of Kharkov. It provides great value as it is a 5-star hotel with great service and rooms. Several fantastic restaurants, a beautifull sky bar which allows you to overlook Kharkov center and other nice things make this really a super hotel. Also, the price is really good when comparing it with regular, Ukraine hotels in the area. All in all a great place, great value in a 5 star hotel!

Everything was excellent and on a high level - both facilities and the staff. Very comfortable rooms, qualitative furniture and bathroom equipment, good ventilation and air conditioning. Very professional and friendly staff. Good breakfast and restaurant. Definitely reccomend this hotel! -

Конечно, сложно ожидать другого от пятизвездочного отеля, но тем не менее, сравнивая с другими отелями подобного уровня Superior golf and spa resort абсолютно на уровне и высоте. I was well impressed with location (very central but quiet) of this hotel. Also, staff was very polite and helpful with bar open 24 hours which was helpful with Client meeting. The standards of this hotel about 4-star European hotel chain (Marriot, Hilton|). I will definitely recommend this hotel for someone to stay on short business trip.

Excellent stuff. They were so friendly and so kind really. I would like to thank them again. The location of the hotel is really nice. It is in the center and walking distance to center. Svetlana who works at reception desk was very helpful and friendly. Hotel was wonderful but even if there is something wrong you should see Svetlana's smile and forget all faults :)) I also liked the boy who brought my breakfast to my room, he is very nice guy and decent.. I was really satisfied to stay this hotel.. The price was good. If the hotel is closer to city center it wouldn't be this price.. Thank you for your kindly hospitality..
