This place is one of the most cosiest you can find, especially at such fair rates. The rooms are large and they have all features an accomodation needs to make you feel comfortable and home. It is the perfect synthesis of apartment with hotel features with a 24 hour reception-desk even serving meals and offering a lot of different beverages.

I liked my room and its design, the availability of TY, wi-fi, it was clean and there was everything necessary for me, even hair dryer and slippers. The staff was friendly and hospitable. I liked the atmosphere of the hotel. The room was very cosy. -

This is truly a 5 star Hotel! The staff was great, most of the staff
spoke English and all were very helpful and friendly. The concierge was
great! I had left home without my suit and the concierge was able to
track down a rental and he even took me shopping for shirt and tie. He

It is a great, new hotel in the center of Kharkov. It provides great value as it is a 5-star hotel with great service and rooms. Several fantastic restaurants, a beautifull sky bar which allows you to overlook Kharkov center and other nice things make this really a super hotel. Also, the price is really good when comparing it with regular, Ukraine hotels in the area. All in all a great place, great value in a 5 star hotel!

This is my second stay at the Aurora (first was August 2012). Still great value, very nice staff, excellent breakfast, and nice rooms. As a result of Ukrainian policy I think public area smoking has decreased and thus the lobby is not quite as filled with the stench of cigarette smoke so that is good. The four room Hotel was very nice very clean and the staff were excellent , I have stayed in many Hotels around the world and I have never hade better service! The staff are a credit to this Hotel. I would recommend this hotel to anyone !!

I was well impressed with location (very central but quiet) of this hotel. Also, staff was very polite and helpful with bar open 24 hours which was helpful with Client meeting. The standards of this hotel about 4-star European hotel chain (Marriot, Hilton|). I will definitely recommend this hotel for someone to stay on short business trip.

Svetlana who works at reception desk was very helpful and friendly. Hotel was wonderful but even if there is something wrong you should see Svetlana's smile and forget all faults :)) I also liked the boy who brought my breakfast to my room, he is very nice guy and decent.. I was really satisfied to stay this hotel.. The price was good. If the hotel is closer to city center it wouldn't be this price.. Thank you for your kindly hospitality..
