  Staff were super friendly, spoke perfect english and nothing was a problem for them to do. They even got us tickets to a soccer match at no cost. Happy to stay there again.   We arrived after an overnight train journey and were allowed to check in at 7am in the morning - bliss. Fabulous room with lots of space, great shower and a view over the town square. Great breakfast sitting out on the veranda and a good location at the centre of Lviv. A bit "grandeur" of the past Very friendly staff: they even offered us a breakfast-package when we left at 5 o' clock AM.

  This hotel just does exactly what you need it to and with a certain panache. Rooms are a real bargain in slightly overpriced Lviv, everything just works as it should and despite the location, it's easy to get into the city centre by tram.
