  Staff were super friendly, spoke perfect english and nothing was a problem for them to do. They even got us tickets to a soccer match at no cost. Happy to stay there again. Upper floors have better bathroom facilities. - The hotel was very clean and everything was first class.   We arrived after an overnight train journey and were allowed to check in at 7am in the morning - bliss. Fabulous room with lots of space, great shower and a view over the town square. Great breakfast sitting out on the veranda and a good location at the centre of Lviv. Booked our train tickets through the hotel - very patient and helpful service. - Very close to center of the city. A bit "grandeur" of the past Very friendly staff: they even offered us a breakfast-package when we left at 5 o' clock AM.

  I liked staying in the apartment very much. The location is perfect. Its in the city center, just around the corner of the Lviv Ivan Franko University. The room is big and confortable. Also the booking procedure is good. On the day of arrival the renter contacted me by text. The key was given in front of the apartment.   This hotel just does exactly what you need it to and with a certain panache. Rooms are a real bargain in slightly overpriced Lviv, everything just works as it should and despite the location, it's easy to get into the city centre by tram. I won't be staying anywhere else from now on. - Very friendly helpful staff. Very clean and comfortable and ... vad folk säger » quiet so one does get a good night's skeep. Excellent breakfast choice. A little way put of the centre of town 10 mins by taxi who arrived very promptly so not a problem at all. Would highly recommend.
