We would definately stay there again. - The owner was incredibly friendly and he and the staff made our family very comfortable. They also has great suggestions for child-friendly places to eat and a wonderful location where we could walk wherever we wanted to go. Our room was also very comfortable with more than enough space for us and all of our kids accessories.

Steve and Vicky are very hospitable owners and personaly very nice people. One can feel they put their hert into this their work. They helped us a lot long before our travel by answering our questions (best choice of the Lakes tour, walking paths, arrival to WIndermere etc.)

Ideally located between Bowness and Windermere. 10-15 minutes stroll either way. Steve and Vicky are the friendliest B n B people that we have met (stayed in over 12 other B n Bs). Invergarry is such a welcoming place. The bed was really comfortable. We stayed in a small double but this was a reasonable size for a couple of nights and didn't feel small. Breakfast was delicious - homemade muesli, jam and marmalade. Best breakfast that we have had in a B N B. Really lovely touches in the rooms -

The owners and staff were very welcoming and ensured that we had a veryenjoyable stay. In fact we had such a lovely break we extended our stayby an extra day! Pool was excellent as the weather was very wet duringour stay we made excellent use of the facility. The rooms are verytastefully decorated and comfortable and the breakfast was freshlycooked

It was really nice to relax in the pool after a long day walking and enjoying the activities and beautiful scenery of the lakes. The breakfast was delicious. fantastic place to stay,ran by lovely couple Steve & Gail.
after a long journey our exhaust bracket on car had snapped,while Gail showed us to our room Steve strapped exhaust up to get us home after our stay.

We found this delightful place very near to the village center. The owner and her daughter were extremely polite, caring and helpful, on our arrival they had provided us with loads of guides and plenty of info for our hiking trip across and around the lakes. And breakfast every morning was something to look forward to at this place, most attentive

We had room 3 with the 4 poster bed, it was soooooo comfortable! Diane
the b&b owner was very hospitable, she tailored our stay to meet our
needs, my friend left her electric cigarette charger at home so Diane
let us use her personal computer to charge it. Also, when we got there
Diane had left leaflets and a map on our bed, this helped so much during
our stay. The breakfast was nice and the location is perfect, a 5 minute
walk in to the village of windemere and a 20 minute walk to bowness

Debbie is a wonderful host and we will more than definitely be returning here if we were to travel to the Lakes again. The room was very tidy and exactly what you would need from a B&B, if not more. There was even a television with DVD player and a huge selection of DVDs to choose from - excellent for one of those rainy evenings. The breakfast

The staff are the best asset of the hotel as they are very hospitable
and friendly. I would like to personally thank Debbie who assisted us
and attended all our demands. I would certainly recommend the place to
my friends who will visit the place also to travellers and tourist who
are looking for comfortable and convenient but very affordable
accomodation.

The room was lovely and clean and despite its small size, had
everything you needed-TV, dvd player, hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner,coffee-
making facilities. The bed was super comfortable and the room was
kept clean throughout our stay. Breakfast was delicious-we had both

Leigh, the owner, was fabulous she was very accommodating, beautiful
accommodation. Fab location, within walking distance of two towns. She
covered all the bases re local information and was fab value for money.
We didn't fancy full English so continental breakfast served to our
room was a lovely treat and included in room price, lovely touch. We
will be visiting again.

Excellent accomodation. - A nice warm welcome on arrival, clean comfortable room, excellent full english breakfast, staff were attentive but not intrusive and very well mannered, also useful was the information given in room for local places to have evening meals which we found very helpful. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming and I also found that the recommendations of places to eat and sites to see were superb. The property is very well maintained , comfortable and warm. It is ideally situated as a base for visiting the area.The welcome and attention from Dick and Sue was second to none . They were both very friendly, helpful and definitely added considerably to our enjoyment of our stay in the area.We stayed with elderly parents who have limited mobility and they were made very welcome .The stairs to the rooms on the first floor presented little problem to them.We have no hesitation in recommending

The bar and lounge area was fantastically comfortable with great views and a wonderful relaxed atmosphere. The cupboard of kids games was a brilliant idea. - Good location, good facilities, friendly staff, dog friendly, easy parking.
