  Pituresque and quaint accomodation with lovely new beer garden. Food looked wonderful although we didn't manage to eat there. The manager/owner seemed to take personal pride to ensure the satisfaction of his guests.   Stunning place to stay with cosy and beautiful room with cottage feel. Close to Totnes and for boat and train trips on the river and coast. Totnes is a fantastic and original place. Paignton, Dawlish and Dartmouth are all great places to visit. Castles nearby and really beautiful countryside. - It could only be described as 'cosy'.   We found our whole experience of Cott Inn very comfortable, homely and friendly. The atmosphere of the building was fascinating, being hundreds of years old. The flower displays were beautiful and the food -both breakfast and evening meal was wonderful, beautifully presented and very tasty.
