The attention to detail in the decor. The delicious breakfast and food choice. The owners friendliness and accommodating nature. The cleanliness of the hotel itself and it not being too large. The vicinity to the harbour and seafront. All in all a great stay.
Great hotel, staff were very friendly & welcoming. Rooms were very nice & breakfast was top notch!! Only a short walk from the beach & local restaurants/attractions.

the breakfast was lovely with lots of choice. the beds were comfy and the rooms were spotless.the owners were friendly and helpful without being "in your face".definately recommend it.handy for train station-just 10 minutes walk away.

the bar area wasnt very welcoming and even though there was a lovely menu for evening meals-the bar area ,where they were served, could have been modernised and updated to encourage more people to stay for the meals.although the owners are so busy,perhaps they dont want to encourage this.
