  The desk staff were outstandingly helpful upon my arrival. Having arrived unexpectedly early, following a Iengthy night of driving, I was very impressed with their genuine efforts to accommodate me, and their friendly, "happy to help" approach. Both men are a credit to the establishment. The room was lovely and clean, comfortable, and quiet. Close to the freeway entrance and close to the town of Rochester as well, but yet hidden away in a quiet location across from the Medway river. Rooms were compact but spacious and clean. Not too much noise at all, so you got a good night's sleep and the beds and pillows were comfortable. The rates were very reasonable as well, so all in all, we would stay there again for sure
