We loved the warmth and charm of the welcome(great cake!) and the rooms for the three of us were stylish and comfortable and exceptionally clean. Fabulous breakfast choice ,excellent smoked salmon with perfectly cooked scrambled eggs for me and great kippers and poached eggs for my husband and son.Liverpudlian wit and warmth much in evidence and hides a lot of hard work and competence.Given good recommendations for restaurants locally and made to feel comfortable downstairs as well as in our ro

Dave the host was there to welcome us when we arrived. He was very helpfull, and made us very welcome. The hotel was spotless and are room was very comfortable. On arrival we was asked what time we would like breakfast, we opted for latest time of 9.00am. The breakfast was excellent, and again Dave & Rachael coudn't do enough for us. So overall, great hosts, clean and very comfy room, in a perfect location.

Underground secure parking was a plus. Reception staff were very welcoming. The room was modern, smart and very comfortable. Bathroom facilities were excellent. The staff at this hotel are amazng. We had our 10 year old autistic son with us and they could not do enough for him or us. They went above and beyond the call of duty. I hope Premier Inn realise how fantastic the staff are at this hotel especially Lynda, Jacqui and Emma (new girl). -

Great location opposite bowling alley cinema and quite a few restraunts, comfy beds , 2 singles and one double in our family room, very quiet so good nites sleep, I would defiantly stay again, we sat in the bar with the kids and they did a drink offer were the kids could keep topping up great value for money. -

The room was lovely and it was a nice surprise to be given the Oriental Room. The breakfast was one of the best as well. - the staff were very helpful and made our stay welcome, nothing was to much trouble to them.
