I picked Eden House because it was close to a conference hotel I was
attending that I couldn't afford to stay in - and I'm very glad
I did because I had a much more enjoyable time than my colleagues, and a
brisk morning walk to set me up for the day. I was welcomed and looked
after through my two day visit with immense friendliness and interest. I
felt able to be quiet in my room and reading, but also able to chat to
our hosts at breakfast - which set the day up nicely. The breakfast was

the couple that run the hotel were friendly and welcoming without being over the top, the hotel is kept to a very high standard and was perfect for the needs of our trip to the city. breakfast was excellent and set us up for the day ahead. the room was comfortable and funtional without being fussy and the hospitality tray was well stocked, the bed was one of the best i have slept in.
Wendy made us feel very welcome and was most helpful with local information. Our room was very clean, warm, and the beds were really comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. Eden End is conveniently located from Birmingham airport, only a 15 minute drive. We rate Eden End very highly.
The whole establishment is spotlessly clean, the rooms are well furnished and comfortable, the proprietors are extremely friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. The only thing to add is that Eden End is the best independant guest house that I have stayed in!!.
Wendy made us feel very welcome. She was very helpful in recommending directing us to local restaurants. Eden End is conveniently located, near to M42, local pubs and restaurants, yet quiet and peaceful. Would definitely stay again if in the area.
Everything. Wendy was very obliging - we were running very late due to M6 hold-up. It was no problem for her to wait up for us. Breakfast the nest morning was excellent - cooked to order and piping hot. All in all a wonderful experience.
This place was the cleanest place where I stayed since now. I will definetly recomend to everyone. The breakfast was great, the owners very pleasant. Do not loose your time for searching hotels, Just go to Eden End Guest House.

The wi-fi signal is not strong in upper floor, but that is just a little thing. It was one of the best value for money I had come across so far.
