  Our room was lovely, there was 7 in our party so we had three rooms, one of the rooms was a double with kitchen facilities and because no one had used it the previous night we were allowed to use it when we got there, (which was quite early in the morning) which gave us a great base, and allowed us to use facilities, which after travelling several... ce que les gens disent » hours it was fab! Car park adjacent to the hotel which was great and again we were permitted to use this early too. Breakfast was great, full cooked - Wonderful,friendly professional welcome - we had stayed in several places on the Isle of Wight over the course of a week - all advertising themselves as in the same bracket - and Yelf's was the first place to tick all of the boxes. The staff are friendly and welcoming: these people really know what they are doing. Next time I would base myself at Yelf's for the whole week.

  The newly refurbished hotel has very comfortable rooms and bathrooms. Dinner in the restaurant was delicious, though rather quick service on our first night, followed by rather slow the next night.   Just about the most faultless experience I have ever had at a hotel. This appears to be a fairly new building with rather uninspiring exterior brick architecture, but internally all fittings are of the highest standards as is the food and the service.The "lakeside" setting (actually an inland tidal tributary) is excellent although I would have pr... ce que les gens disent » eferred a town location allowing us to walk elsewhere for our evening meal (the hotel food is first class but expensive) - Very relaxing stay at the Lakeside Park, all staff were very friendly, room was very comfortable and clean. Spa area also very clean and facilities good. Breakfast was excellent, something for everyone and plenty of it. The dining area was also spotless and the staff were very friendly, even early in the morning. Would definitely stay there again whilst visiting Isle of Wight

  personnel jeune dynamique souriant.restaurant excellent.Cadre agréable. - C'est toujours amusant de séjourner dans un chateau, même petit. Cela nous rappelle les contes de fées de notre enfance. Une des chambres louée était parfaite (grande, lit à baldaquin, ...), l'autre était certes un peu moins chère, mais beaucoup plus quelconque.
