  We found the house keeper Sally and Marie the receptionist very friendly and approachable. They could not do enough for us thanks you very much girls. - The Staff were helpful and friendly. I asked for a room friendly for 'walking stick' huest and got one near to recepotion.

  we went to a concert in Cannock Chase that night and because of being quite a distance from home we stayed at the hotel overnight. Staff were very friendly and helpful. When we arrived I had booked a non smoking room but was given a smoking room, when I mentioned this at reception the lady changed our room no problem. The food was excellent and the staff couldn't do enough for us.
