  Our concern that the Hotel may be too close to the Motorway was quickly dispelled as we ventured into the Worcestershire countryside. With plenty of free parking available and a most pleasant and helpful Receptionist, our initial impressions were very favourable. Our room was also very clean and comfortable. Overall an extremely pleasant break in a hotel I w - Staff were very helpful and welcoming...kitchen had gluten free bread and were able to provide gluten free meals...always difficult when we travel with our son who had Coeliac Disease...fantastic..don't go expecting a quaint country pub hotel...it definitely had the feel of a travel lodge, but higher quality with a good restaurant and excellent staff...great for a night stop...

  Sa situation - Overall great value for money and a beautiful hotel. I would use this place again. Food was fantastic and staff very polite and friendly, could not have asked for more. My room was very comfortable, clean and cosy, I could not fault my stay at all.   The hotel was absolutely 1st class! It was modern, well set up, professionally run. The facilities too were excellent and the staff were very courteous and helpful. I would absolutely recommend this hotel, and my wife and I will certainly be going back soon. - Everything was great food, spa, staff loverly

  The character of the hotel had been carefully preserved in the recent refurbishment and the quality of the furnishings etc was superb. When we had a problem with the air conditioning in our room, one of the managers Sam McCoy was very apologetic and ensured we were moved to a higher grade room as there were none available of the same grade. Complimentary newspapers and magazines. Decor and flowers displays were welcoming. Pictures with history of Wood Norton provided interest and the views were wonderful.

  This was a special family trip to revisit places from 61 years ago. Age range of our party was 56 - 85. We were made to feel like part of the family and the staff could not do enough for us. Simon (boss) even advised where we should go site seein - Staff are warm and friendly adn efficient with a great sence of humour. Nothing is too much trouble and they are always smiling. The room we had was light, large and comfortable and spotlessly clean as were all other areas. They clearly work really hard to keep this place nice. Had dinner and breakfast there and the food is really tasty, well cooked and mostly sourced locally which shows in the freshness and flavour
