The staff make you feel welcome from the moment you step through the door. You feel like old friends. You are made to feel like royalty & what needs you have they will try to fulfil for you. I liked the authentic old world feel of the building, the friendliness and help of the staff. The water, lighting and fire alarm all gave trouble while we were there and at one stage it felt like "Falty Towers" had been based on this place! However we got a great laugh out of it and the friendliness of the staff more than made up for it. We hope to return there again.

Very convenient for our need.... We were at a wedding which was at thechurch next door. - The staff were very friendly. The hotel itself is a blend of old meets new with regard to decor. The food in the restaurant was excellent!

The owner and staff were very friendly and helpful. They all have the correct attitude towards the guests, not always found in the hotel business. Would recommend the hotel to anyone. - Tremendous personal attention. I was forced to arrive late but the hotel staff prepared a superb cold meal in my room.
