  Staff were friendly, knowledgable and efficient. We needed a very early breakfast to enable us to go ballooning and 3 minutes beyond our arranged time for service received a call to enquire if we were ready for breakfast. Our balloon flight was cancelled due to poor weather conditions that morning, so we will certainly be back to enjoy the hospita... ce que les gens disent » lity and the anticipated balloon flight! - the rooms were lovely, plenty of space.   The staff were great and excellent customer service. Room was also nice, and both room and bathroom were really clean, we had a normal double room and it was big with good quality matching furniture. Spa downstairs was nice to have but very basic , i have stayed at hotels with nicer ones but we enjoyed it never the less. Breakfast was nice, quit... ce que les gens disent » e a lot of choice and the resturant had a nice relaxed atmosphere. - Very friendly and professional staff, were polite and forthcoming with information to make our stay more enjoyable. Payment was quick and efficient and more importantly correct. Quiet location, great facilities. Good value meal for a saturday night.

  My sisters and I met up to go shopping in Swindon. We usually just meet for the day as Swindon is a half way mark. We decided it would be nice to catch up the night before over a meal and then go shopping. We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel. - Very professional and friendly staff, good service.
