  The whole experience was very relaxing. The staff were helpful, food excellent and the leisure facilities very good. - We have stayed before - but never in the summer - we appreciated the beautiful scenery - gardens, stream etc

  The sauna, steam room and swimming facilities in this hotel are great.Even better than some five star ive stayed in. Close to shopping and ashort ride to wellington's bars and clubs. - The staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble, an excellent hotel and i'm sure i'll stay there again.

  We were actually booked out to the Holiday Inn as Grays Hotel decided to close for christmas but on check in at The Holiday In we received an ungrade to a deluxe room and the staffon reception were really helpful and great. - Freindly and helpful staff.
